Kimee Balmilero, Dean of Awesomeness
Hawaii born actor Kimee Balmilero’s professional credits include: The 3X Emmy Nominated series “Hi-5,” the Original Broadway Cast of “Mamma Mia,” “Miss Saigon,” and most recently, Dr. Noelani Cunha on “Hawaii Five-0.” While working in NYC and LA for 15+ years, she studied improv & sketch comedy at the famed Uprights Citizens Brigade Theatre in Hollywood. Since moving back to Hawaii in 2012, Kimee founded and is the “Head Sillypino” of improvhi a company and website dedicated to sketch and improv comedy in Hawaii. In March 2015, she created and produced the first ever Hawaii Sketch Comedy Festival at the Honolulu Museum of Art’s Doris Duke Theater.

Steve is the founder of Lemonade Alley (aka, Chief Lemon Head), founder of Camp BizGym, founder of BizGym.com and owner of StoryManager, Inc. a strategic consulting firm. Steve’s background includes experience as a conceptualist and creator of new business enterprises in a number of industries.
Myron Nakata, Secretary, Treasurer & Board Member
Myron is the co-founder of Lemonade Alley and a co-owner of BizGym.com. Myron has decades of experience in a variety of businesses as an owner, investor and operator. One of his more recent plays is LeiHut.com, an online mall of Hawaii products.
Dennis Burns, Board Member
Dennis is a seasoned veteran of both TV and film production. While his shooting credits are long, he’s also a founder and owner of Pacific Focus (a video production firm), 1013 Integrated Branding (a creative agency) and Visitor Video (a hotel in-room channel that services over 24,000 hotel rooms in Hawai‘i). Dennis is also one of the founding fathers of Lemonade Alley, having bent here from the start to cover and promote the story through video storytelling.
Tim Caminos, Board Member
Tim Caminos is the Director of Communications for Hawaii’s Better Business Bureau® and the Founder of Babble Poi, a boutique digital PR and web development company. With over ten years experience in strategy, business development, and alliance building, he has helped those he works with achieve their goals, break through the marketplace and establish lasting mutually beneficial relationships. Tim is currently a member of the National Communication Association and has previously sat on the Board of Advisors for the Hawaii Student Entrepreneurs and was a student advisor for the Center of Tomorrow’s leaders.
Louise K.Y. Ing, Board Member
Louise K.Y. Ing is Director with Alston, Hunt, Floyd, and Ing. Her litigation and dispute resolution practice covers areas of law that impact businesses and businesspeople on a daily basis, including contracts, commercial transactions, leases, employment, real estate, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy law, proprietary information, non-competition and confidentiality agreements and intellectual property. Louise has received numerous awards including being named Hawaii’s Best Lawyer; in addition to being active with a number of organizations in the state.
Alice Inoue, Board Member
Alice is the founder and Chief Happiness Officer of Happiness University. She is an expert life guide, and author of five nationally award-winning books on life wisdom, self-growth and happiness. She has two columns, one in MidWeek titled “A Mindful Moment,” and and an award-winning column in the Sunday Star-Advertiser called “Go Ask Alice” that offers pertinent life guidance. Unyong Nakata, Board Member
Unyong is the Senior Director of Development for the UH Foundation – Shidler College of Business at UH Manoa. During Unyong’s tenure, the College has seen a 25% increase in faculty endowments and a 60% increase in scholarships. Together with alumnus Jay H. Shidler and Dean Vance Roley, Unyong brought to fruition the largest private donation in the history of the State of Hawaii – the $69 million Visionary Gift. All this while actively stewarding a robust circle of donors, growing the alumni network in Hawaii and abroad, as well as creating new initiatives for the College. She is dedicated to strengthening Hawaii as exemplified by her Board service with the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii Young Professionals, YWCA Mink Center, BizGym, and the AFP – Aloha Chapter. Unyong was recognized in 2014 as Pacific Business News’ class of Forty Under 40 and in 2015 as the Outstanding Professional Fundraiser of the Year by the AFP – Aloha Chapter.
Rae Olim, Bookkeeping
Rae is the owner of Daily Financial Solutions and more importantly, contributes BGF bookkeeeping as a give back to the community. Daily Financial Solutions is a daily money manager in Hawai‘i that makes “Solutions that Make Cents.” DFS specializes in “Age in Place” bill pay and household financial management services for Seniors, Surviving Spouses not familiar with finances and Children concerned about their aging parents. DFS also helps Busy Professionals get their affairs in order, Individuals with large student loans or credit card debt and Small Businesses or Entrepreneurs needing help setting up their books and filing systems so they can stay focused on their businesses.
John LeBlanc, Web Director
John is a veteran web technologist who has built huge sites right from the start of the Internet. He also sports a deep background in music, television and video production. He currently focused on helping businesses and individuals establish a solid, concise, secure and easily maintainable online presence by combining existing day-to-day business operations with simple & modular web publishing tools, e-commerce, social media, open source software, slick APIs, localization, scalable hosting and compassionate tech support.
